AVID GRADES

I have a 3rd year AVID student (Junior), who unfortunately has fallen below the 2.0 benchmark according to her school. Yet when I calculate her GPA it comes up to a 2.0. The problem lies in that I am informed that her AVID class is combined with her History grade to come up with 1 average.
